We are pleased to welcome Colleen to the WillowTrust team. She has extensive knowledge in Client/Customer relations specializing in detail oriented environments.
Colleen will support clients by handling back office paperwork, transfers and money movement requests. She will proactively contact clients to support their service requests and strategy meeting preparations.
Colleen’s experience is in Restaurant Management and Medical Management, which included medical billing and bookkeeping. This experience along with her desire to assist our clients and team members will be an asset to our firm.
Colleen lives in New York with her husband Jim and enjoys traveling, as well going back and forth to North Carolina to spend time with her nine grandchildren. On the weekends you will find her and her husband working on their acre of property either doing yard work or some type of outdoor project.
