Carey enjoys creating efficient processes, tackling new challenges, and helping others. She has been happily married to her husband, Mike, for more than 30 years, and together they have two children. When asked about her greatest accomplishment, Carey doesn't hesitate: watching her children grow into confident, independent adults who are building successful lives of their own.
Outside of work, Carey enjoys decorating, traveling, exercising, trying healthy recipes, and spending time with family—especially at their Ocean Isle Beach house.
At WillowTrust, Carey values being part of a team dedicated to helping clients confidently plan for their financial future. She especially enjoys building relationships at client events and supporting clients as they navigate their financial journeys. Carey’s previous roles include software engineer at IBM and process analyst in healthcare.
