As you arrive at the University Club, follow the signs for clubhouse parking. Once inside, look for the event listed on the screen. The University Room is down the hall to your left, and you’ll see WillowTrust signs along the way. There are no stairs, and it’s a short walk.

Please arrive after 11:30am, as we won’t be able to let anyone in before that time. The buffet will be ready by 11:45, and the presentation will begin right at noon. If you need a reserved seat in the front to see or hear better, just let us know and we’ll be glad to help. If you have any dietary restrictions and didn’t mention them when you registered, please tell us as soon as possible so we can ask the club to prepare something for you.
