We ask that you arrive no earlier than 11:30am. Lunch will be ready at 11:45am, and the presentation starts right at noon. If you have any dietary needs or would like us to save you a front table for better access, just let a team member know and we’ll be happy to help.

As you arrive at the University Club, follow the signs for clubhouse parking. Once inside, you’ll see the event listed on the screen. The State Room is just down the hall on your right, marked with WillowTrust signs. There are no stairs, and it’s a short walk. We’re excited to see you there!
